DELIVERIES
We pack and ship products, from Stockholm, all weekdays. We try to deliver all orders within 2-3 working days from the order date. We use PostNord mainly within Sweden and Scandinavia, and UPS for international orders.

Sweden: You will receive an SMS or email with a tracking number and notification when your product is available for collection at the nearest post office. If you want home delivery, contact us immediately after placing the order. Some products are sent as registered mail and arrive in the letterbox.

WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?
We really hope you will love what you buy at MARCHÉ Stockholm. We understand that for various reasons you may need to return items ordered online, but would like to urge you not to return unnecessarily. Returns are costly for the climate as they increase the number of freight transports, the consumption of packaging materials and emissions when consumers travel to the delivery point. Returns are also tough on a small business, so again, thank you for limiting your returns. 

RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you would like to make a return, you who shop at the MARCHÉ Stockholm online store always have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return the item within 14 days from when it was delivered to your home, or picked up by you. Please note that this does not apply when you shop at our temporary pop-up retail locations. 

In the event of a return due to your right of withdrawal, the item must be unused, all labels must remain on the item and the item must be returned in the same packaging it was delivered in. How you return an item depends on the delivery method you chose to receive the item, as described below.  

I. RETURN AT OUR SHOWROOM IN STOCKHOLM
If you chose to pick up your order at our Stockholm showroom, this is also where you return your order. Please see the contact info and opening hours on the website. Returning items at our showroom is free of charge.

II. RETURN USING POSTNORD VARUBREV OR MYPACK COLLECT
If your order was delivered with PostNord, we ask you to use the pre-printed return slip that was included in the original delivery package. The cost of returning with PostNord Varubrev is SEK 49. The cost for a return with MyPack Collect is SEK 88.
